To contribute to our team by ensuring sanitation and cooking facilities are well maintained as well as making sure that the customers are comfortable.

Job specification
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Provide vital support to management teams and are capable of independently supervising hospitality services and running shifts.
Candidate specification
Educational requirements: Degree or Diploma in Hotel management and catering
Work experience: 2 -3 years in the food service industry and in a supervisory or leadership role
Critical skills required
- Ability to motivate and guide team members through exceptional leadership skills
- Clear and effective communication with staff, customers and management
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts
