Company description
Our great-great-grandparents subsisted on a completely organic diet. Modern or conventional farming methods that involve the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides simply did not exist back then. Over the last century, our diet and farming practices have changed significantly, however our bodies and our genetics have not.
You can’t expect to fuel your body and achieve optimal health by eating food, laced with toxic chemicals, that your body doesn’t recognize. So, why settle for getting by when you can thrive?
We started Studio 24 Restaurant to do just that, to lead the way in promoting healthy eating habbits by creating a healthy organic menu that promotes well being and good health.
Why we think eating organic is the way
1. Organic food is higher in nutrients than traditional foods
2. They’re supportive of growing children’s brains and bodies
3. Eating organic helps to reduce your body’s total toxic burden.
4. Organic foods are by definition non-GMO.
5. Organic farming is good for the earth.
6. Buying organic helps reduce pollution in our drinking water
7. Organic food is earth-supportive (when big business keeps their hands out of it).
8. Organic food supports wildlife habitats. Even with commonly used amounts of pesticides, wildlife is being harmed by exposure to pesticides.
9. Eating organic may reduce your cancer risk.
10. Choosing organic meat lessens your exposure to antibiotics, synthetic hormones, and drugs that find their way into the animals and ultimately into you.
