A Gym and An Aerobics studio offering Physical Fitness and teaching the following:-

1- Aerobics Exercises (Low and High Impact- Use of Swiss ball for core exercises, resistence robe for strength training, stepper boards for both high and low impact cardio training, body pump, and free weights cardio trainings).

2- Pilates Exercises( Low impact body maintenance program designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, open joints and release tension, resulting in improved posture and ease of movement during daily activities, recreation and sports).

3- Yoga Exercises, i.e. Yin and Ashtanga. (The practice of physical postures or poses-- Yoga is not only about stretching but creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility). The Ashtanga Vinyasa poses create
