Centre for Policy Research and Development Initiatives (CEPORDI) is a national non-governmental organization that specializes in policy analysis, research, advocacy and capacity building in Uganda. It is incorporated by the government of Uganda as a company limited by guarantee and not having share capital. CEPORDI aims at spearheading demand driven, participatory, gender sensitive, and action oriented research and research output utilization in order to influence the national policy formulation and review processes. The organization aspires to become one of the leading development policy think tanks in Africa, with the goal of ensuring that policies effectively contribute towards transforming people’s livelihoods.
