I paid for units in the morning and my money was deducted.But upto now I have not received a message indicating how many units I paid for.All ur contacts can't go through.Watsap number can't be accessed.What can I do???.My account is ********

How can i know that my account is appproved since my meter of yaka is not installed, from feb 2019? thx

In Lira we make all the payments for inspections and connections in time. But for the services to be delivered you have to keep begging and making additional unofficial payments for you to be served and it takes longer than the time indicated in the office. The concern people who I shall soon mention their names use boda-boda riders to extort money from clients before inspections and connections can be effected. Being in need of power ,the people therefore make additional payments.
Is this really the way we should be treated here in Lira? Something should be done immediately before we explode.

We have tried calling all the possible tollfree numbers we could get but none is going through and we have a great emergency so please help us how can we communicate with you
