Very rude staff called ashraf labega
Im sold a first class ticket, but was treated very very rude by the ferryattendant ashraf labega, never met such a rude arrogant steward like this before. furthermore there was no place in the first class so i ended up sitting outside on the wet dirty deck. the boat was totally overloaded, don't understand that the ugandan government allows this since there are so many accidents with these boats
