I brought them a package. I paid 400k ugx to send it to spain. They told me it would reach after a week. They took 1 month to send it 2 months after, no clue where it is. 400k lost.

To my surprise My IPhone 7S was found missing without any good explanation for how long will this continue because this not the first a friend of mine also complained the same last year.
