Ooopss, never will i use ordinary charcoal in my home again. thanks to maama heat who has given me all the pleasure to enjoy my kitchen all the time. the briquettes are really good the fact that they are smoke free, heat up for long hours, making steaming of food much easier and remain hot all day... you have made me discover what i was missing. long live maama heat.
