Review of Bunghanga Primary School

Bunghanga Primary School; my former school which l attended from primary 2 to primary 6 in the seventies. Its a school that has though untached but profound history attributed to its founding and existance till today. Like many in the country, the school is Government owned and therefore has less if not none among chances of developing into anything better than an ordinary and less privilaged primary school. Its one of the oldest schools in the Eastern region, reportedly established in the early 20th century. Despite its luck of infrastructual development, the school has nevertheless been able to produce to a profound degree number of various individuals who having been through its doors later manouvered their academic careeres to later become academic intellectuals, medical personell, administrators, politicians, lawyers, accountants, overseas expertriates etc. Unfortunately, its development has and will still be hindered by goverment red tape but only to retain its name andcurrently under UPE program.
