Iam raising a concern. Kindly take your Customer Care Officer Claire for some benchmarks on Interpersonal skills.

I came in with some collegues for help and we were directed to Claire the Customer care officer. Apart from not offering the advise we needed, she was so rude to us and not receptive at all.

Kindly replace her or give her some guidance on hiw to tret clients irrespective of their calibre.
