Gateway is taking the advantage of monopoly. They lie to Passengers about travel times. On this day, we were told the bus would leave at mid night to Moroto. This was not practical and by 3:14am, the bus sti6 remained parked. All passengers on board were disappointed. Attempts to reach gateway hotline was not possible since line was off.
