Review Complaint on failure to getting a service

Pliz work on me ASAP i renewed my subscription but uptodate its UBC that i have. Wen i call it takes ages b4 am answered then end up off with money wasted and services not got. This is not right coz you people chose to serve us on pay not free of charge so wen we pay, please don't make us look like beggers. I heard its on purpose so that one gets irritated and ends up paying again but pliz. Its not funny
