Review Acnes and pimples

I had concurrent acnes and pimples, when I saw the dermatologist, he gave me two screams to apply morning and evening,and some antibiotics that I took for two weeks, but my face cleared within a week. I was also advised to take alot of water for my dry skin and avoiding acidic foods
