Grooming learned all round members of society
My experience with Wakiso Junior started long before the school ever came into existence.
Shocking I know, impossible you might say. All true but I'll change that view in a bit.
I am an electrical engineer, a graduate of Makerere. An alumni of Buganda Road, King's College Buddo and Nabisunsa Girls' school.
Let's just say my parents had a plan and they didn't plan on letting me come between them and that plan for my life.
In a family of six children, 3 boys and 3 girls, there is a pharmacist and a civil engineer. Some of my siblings are alumni of Namagunga.
My parents are strict disciplinarians, staunch Catholics who believe in being a useful member if society.
They've been married for 30 years now and in my entire life while under their roof we've never missed our bedtime prayers.
It's a long story but the gust of it is, they, the Kyamuhangires, don't take education and discipline lightly. This applies to everyone under their care.
And that includes the children who enrol in Wakiso Junior School. They are the owners of Wakiso Junior school.
My mom, a professional teacher and dad a man passionate about molding children into respectable useful contributing members of society.
That's what makes the school the best choice for any parent who wants more than just an educated child.
A child who'll take cafe of their parents tomorrow when age takes over.
A self reliant citizen of the country.
