We Identify, Develop, Expose and Promote Talent. Aware that most Ugandan youths are endowed with various artistic skills but due to lack of appropriate groupings to nature them for effective realization; their potential hasn’t been fully tapped into. Moved by such passion of supporting talented youngsters in aspect of art, music, dance and drama in order to realize their dreams and achieve success through talent; Do hereby declare, adopt and bind ourselves to form UPRISING STARS UGANDA, which we pledge our dedicated support and hard work.
