Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the vehicle sales market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Perform cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s vehicle offerings and generate new leads.
  • Send early morning sales messages by 5 AM to engage with clients at the start of their day and capitalize on potential opportunities and get a competitive advantage.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's vehicle inventory, including specifications, features, and pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of purchasing vehicles from the company and provide detailed information on taxation, procedures, and after-sales services.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Track shipments and handle any issues that arise during the transportation process to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop and maintain logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.


Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in sales or logistics are a plus.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in vehicle sales and logistics coordination.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Work Environment:
    • This position typically involves both office work and fieldwork, including visiting clients and attending industry events.
    • Willingness to rise early and respond promptly to inquiries from website leads
    Compensation:
    • Competitive base salary plus commission based on sales performance after a 3-month probation period.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.
